Accounts

Courses and content
- Course materials are for your personal or authorized team use. Redistribution is prohibited without written consent.
- We may update content to reflect new codes or best practices.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or inspection results; your context and execution matter.
Payments and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
- Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of a course has been completed, unless otherwise required by law.
- Chargebacks for valid services may result in account suspension.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
- No attempts to bypass security or copy content at scale.
- No harassment or discrimination toward staff or other learners.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, course content, and site code are owned by NestFound Drywall Institute or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

We may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NestFound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
